Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, parenting stress, low self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can be yourself while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual because I don't believe therapy is one-size-fits-all. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into how past experiences may be influencing their present struggles while also providing practical tools and coping strategies when helpful. I meet clients where they are, offering empathy, authenticity, and honest feedback when appropriate, while gently challenging unhelpful patterns as trust develops.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, judgment-free space. I'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, learn about your experiences, and explore what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure to have everything figured out! I simply want to meet you where you are and help you feel heard, understood, and a little less alone as we begin building a plan that fits your unique needs and goals.
