Great to meet you!

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. I believe mental wellness is an essential part of overall health, and that healing begins by moving from survival to thriving through nervous system regulation, processing past experiences, and strengthening the mind-body connection. Meaningful change and healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, performance anxiety, work-related stress... or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, we'll work together to build insight, process difficult experiences when appropriate, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions to help clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical coping strategies while addressing the deeper patterns that contribute to emotional distress. I strive to meet each client where they are while empowering them to move toward the life they want to create.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. I bring a warm, authentic, direct, and solution-focused style to therapy while creating a space where you feel both supported and challenged. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, increase self-awareness, and overcome the barriers that may be keeping you stuck. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit. Feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
