Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults ages 10 and older who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the stress that comes with simply trying to hold everything together. My goal is to provide a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—while gaining greater insight, confidence, and practical tools to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and individualized because therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. I draw from trauma-informed, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, motivational, and psychodynamic approaches depending on your needs and goals. Together, we may explore patterns and experiences that have shaped you, while also focusing on what is happening in your life right now and what can help you move forward. I’ll support you, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it can help you grow, gain a different perspective, or recognize strengths you may not see in yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not expecting you to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, what is going well, and what you would like to be different. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and goals, and we’ll begin identifying what would make therapy most helpful for you. Most importantly, I want you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful that we have a clear direction forward.
