Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in providing individual therapy for adults who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and genuine connection, creating a supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow.

I am EMDR‐certified and integrate EMDR with a range of evidence‐based modalities to ensure your treatment is tailored to your unique needs. This flexible, individualized approach allows me to support clients working through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, recent or past trauma, grief, and major life transitions.

I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship. When you feel understood and supported, real transformation becomes possible. My goal is to build a trusting partnership with you—one that empowers healing, fosters resilience, and helps you move toward the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

I offer a personalized, integrative approach to therapy designed to meet you exactly where you are. By drawing from multiple evidence‐based modalities—including CBT, Solution‐Focused Therapy, Person‐Centered approaches, Trauma‐Informed care, EMDR, and Positive Psychology—I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and strengths. No two clients are the same, and your treatment shouldn’t be either.

My style is warm, personable, and grounded in genuine connection. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change, and I work hard to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and truly supported. Together, we’ll build a trusting partnership that empowers healing, growth, and lasting transformation.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward positive change, I’m here to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

If you’re looking for support, growth, and real change, you’re in the right place. You already have the strength and potential within you; my role is to help you access it with clarity, compassion, and practical guidance.

I offer a space where you can feel understood, encouraged, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, build healthier coping strategies, and work toward the positive changes you’re ready to make. Whether you need gentle motivation, new tools, or a place to process what’s on your mind, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

If you’re motivated to grow and ready for meaningful support, I’d love to connect and help you move forward with confidence.
