Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) that specializes in providing individual therapy to adults. I work to provide a warm and supportive environment for my clients. I am EMDR-certified and use EMDR as well as multiple modalities to better assist my clients experiencing many different struggles. Primarily I work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, recent/past traumas, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Due to providing multiple modalities, such as CBT, Solution Focused, Person Centered, Trauma Informed, EMDR, Positive Psychology, etc. I can then utilize an individual approach for each client tailored to their specific needs. I am personable and aim to create a positive trusting relationship with my clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is important in creating a genuine partnership that promotes healing and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to support you and provide encouragement until you can do it for yourself! You already have what it takes. I'm here to help you access your ability to heal and provide you with recommendations, suggestions, process thoughts/ feelings, challenge current ways of coping, and teach new coping skills. Please reach out if you feel you need assistance and are motivated to work to promote positive change. I look forward to connecting with you!
