I have over 30 years experience with guiding and coaching people through life transitions and through trauma recovery.My specialties are LGBTQ+ identities,, couples counseling, reproductive challenges, parenting, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, anger management, grief, and coping with life transitions. If you are feeling stuck, panicked, or overwhelmed with life I will help you learn new coping skills and build on your own strengths. I can help guide and support you in feeling more connected to your core self so that your decisions and reactions reflect your values and your goals. We can work together for you to feel not only less emotional pain or numbing but also to experience deeper connections to others.
