Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor that has been working in the field since 2017. As a former collegiate athlete, I recognize the importance for mental health in sports. I have such a passion for helping those in the competitive athlete space looking to find more balance, work to assist those in adjusting to life after sports, or are temporarily out of sport for injury and unsure of how to cope.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As an empowering and energetic counselor, I am dedicated to helping clients break through their limitations and embrace profound, lasting change. I work with individuals who are ready to challenge themselves, explore new perspectives, and transform the way they see themselves and their potential.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are committed to growth, self-discovery, and embracing a more fulfilled life, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll unlock your inner strength and bring your vision of change to life.
