My primary areas of focus are relationship conflict and domestic violence in young adults, specializing in cases with court involvement. My clients are from all walks of life and could be struggling with mental health issues, such as borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorder.I take a strengths based and solution focused approach while incorporating CBT and DBT skills into interventions.

My typical clients want to learn how to process their emotions, communicate effectively, and overcome barriers to success.
