Great to meet you!

It is my belief that if you have taken that step to get the support you need, you deserve to be heard without judgment and offered solutions to your life's stressors. While every client is different, each one has their own strengths that can be cultivated and tapped into. I have 25 years experience working with a diverse client population supporting clients facing chronic health conditions and navigating significant life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and career shifts.

My approach to therapy

My objective in my practice is to help my clients grow and build the skills needed to apply to their everyday lives. I use an approach that focuses on their strengths while being collaborative. My style is using modalities that have been shown to help clients understand the factors that contribute to their life stressors and these include, CBT, Solution Focused, Strength Based, harm reduction and Behavior Modification.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to gain insight into how they are feeling and develop strategies to help improve their well-being. We will set realistic goals and explore coping mechanisms for day to day functioning.
