Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, and other emotional and behavioral concerns.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in both English and Spanish, I am committed to providing culturally responsive and accessible care. My experience in community mental health, hospital settings, and care management has given me a deep understanding of the emotional, social, and practical challenges that can affect overall well-being.

I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I recognize that every person brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals to the therapeutic process. I work closely with clients to understand their concerns, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop practical strategies for creating meaningful change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to each individual's needs. My goal is not only to help clients manage symptoms but also to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and foster greater self-awareness and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and equipped with tools they can apply in their daily lives. Together, we will work toward identifying obstacles, building on personal strengths, and developing healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.

Over time, clients often gain greater insight into themselves, improved emotional regulation, stronger communication skills, and increased confidence in navigating difficult situations. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where clients feel empowered to make lasting changes and move toward the life they want to create.
