My approach is to work collaboratively with my clients to address their individual concerns and to develop an effective, manageable, and approachable treatment plan.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe strongly in the synergy of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, and while I provide supportive therapy during medication visits, I recommend that my clients also participate in individual psychotherapy with a separate psychotherapist.
