Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly ten years in behavioral health, I believe reaching out for support is one of the bravest things you can do, so I'm glad you're here. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and have spent much of my career in residential substance use treatment for women. Today I focus on women navigating complicated relationships with substances, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and OCD, especially when more than one of these shows up at once.

My approach to therapy

There's no one-size-fits-all path to feeling better, so we'll build together one that fits you. I draw on foundational person-centered care practices including EMDR, CBT, narrative, and strengths-based therapy, depending on what you need. I'm warm and direct, and I see us as partners: you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to listen, offer tools, and gently challenge you when it helps.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you'll share what brought you here and what you'd like to be different, at whatever pace feels comfortable. From there we'll set goals together and check in on them regularly. You can expect a space free of judgment, where nothing you bring is too much and your strengths get as much attention as your struggles.
