I have been a social worker for almost 10 years. I am have been doing therapy for 4 years where I have seen many clients and helped them create a life worth living. I am not here to judge or criticize. I am here to help my clients with where they are and what they want to work on. I have helped many clients with many issues from psychosis, personality disorder, anxiety, depression, grief to daily stressors of relationships or careers.

I primarily use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This was created for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder and complex diagnosis with trauma. I have used it with many clients as it teaches clients how to balance acceptance and change with use of skills around mindfulness, emotion regulation, handling crisis events, and relationship dynamics.

I help my client where they are. I want clients to walk away from session with skills or a plan on what to do next in their life. I want clients to gain that confidence in themselves to become motivated for hope. I want my clients to have a life worth living.
