Great to meet you!

I’m a nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, and I truly believe that the best care happens when we work together. I’m dual board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Family Nurse Practitioner, which allows me to look at both your mental and physical health as part of the same, connected story.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from late adolescence through later adulthood as they navigate life’s many transitions. I work closely with women through deeply personal and often challenging experiences such as infertility, pregnancy loss, traumatic births, the transition to parenthood, and menopause. I also help individuals managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and the stress that can come with major life changes.

Drawing on my background in internal medicine and years of psychiatric practice, I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to treatment. Whether you’re looking for a provider to continue a treatment plan that’s already working for you or you’re seeking psychiatric care for the first time, my goal is to meet you where you are. I invite you to schedule a free consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on the whole person. I take time to listen and understand your experiences, values, and goals—not just your symptoms.

Using a shared decision-making model, we develop thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans focused on safety, sustainability, and long-term well-being. I integrate medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle-based strategies.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your care.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I take a holistic, individualized approach to care, helping you better understand your symptoms, explore treatment options, and develop practical strategies that align with your goals.

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other in a safe and supportive environment. I’ll take time to listen to your concerns, review relevant medical and mental health history, and understand your experiences, current stressors, and goals for care. Together, we’ll begin creating a thoughtful treatment plan, which may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies tailored to your needs.

Throughout our work together, my goal is for you to leave sessions feeling validated, informed, and supported on your path toward healing and stability.
