Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I love working with teens and adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, big life transitions, or relationship struggles. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, and since then I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients both in private practice and as a school counselor. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. Whether it’s generalized or social anxiety, ADHD, stress, or the growing pains that come with change, my goal is to walk alongside you and help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and uniquely tailored to each person I work with. While I use a client-centered foundation, I also pull from a variety of therapeutic methods depending on your specific needs and goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—together, we’ll create a path that feels like the best fit for you. In our first sessions, we’ll take time to explore your story, clarify your goals, and build a strong foundation for our work together.

What you can expect from me

What makes my practice unique is my belief that therapy should honor your individuality. Every person’s journey is different, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can discover your authentic self and experience meaningful growth.

I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe everyone deserves the chance to live as their best self. From my own journey as a counselor, wife, and mom, I have learned what it means to overcome challenges, build healthy habits, and embrace personal growth. It is my privilege to walk alongside you as you do the same.
