Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I aim to provide a warm, inclusive, non-judgmental space in order to help you feel safe, learn about yourself, and identify your strengths. I have a broad range of experience working in community mental health, residential treatment centers, and college counseling offices. A few specialty areas include mindfulness / stress-reduction, and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques, kindness, directness, and humor into my practice. I also recognize that everyone’s therapy process is different and so I strive to meet each individual where they are.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a place to learn, grow, be challenged, and even have a bit of fun. My priority is to help you understand your patterns, identify what is or isn't serving you, and move forward.
