Great to meet you!

At Live Consciously, clients should know that we are a trauma-informed group practice that sees people as whole humans, not labels or diagnoses. We support adolescents and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship struggles, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

Our approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy by honoring the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. We help clients better understand their patterns, reduce shame, build self-awareness, and move toward deeper healing, balance, and connection with themselves.

My approach to therapy

Our approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and rooted in the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. At Live Consciously, we believe therapy should go beyond surface-level coping skills and help clients understand the deeper patterns, experiences, and survival strategies that may be shaping their present life.

We use evidence-based and body-centered approaches to support clients in reducing symptoms, building self-awareness, regulating emotions, healing from trauma, and reconnecting with themselves. Our goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen as whole humans and supported in moving toward lasting healing and change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel supportive, collaborative, and focused on getting to know them as a whole person. At Live Consciously, we take time to understand what is bringing you to therapy, what you have been carrying, and what kind of support you are looking for.

Because we are a trauma-informed group practice, we also work to match clients with a clinician whose availability, style, and experience align with their needs. The first session is not about having everything figured out — it is about beginning the process, asking questions, and creating a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
