Great to meet you!

As a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in the mental health field, I am deeply committed to providing detailed and compassionate care to clients ranging from 5 years old to 99 years old. I have personally had my own journey with mental health, struggling with depression and ADHD from a young age. If you want a provider who gets it, I definitely do. I support both medication management and therapy for my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Welcome to a refreshing approach to mental wellness! Our sessions combine the best of medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in a warm, non-judgmental environment. Imagine a space where you can truly relax. Here, we prioritize your well-being and create an open dialogue where you feel safe to express your thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, we take the time to understand your unique journey. Whether it’s adjusting medication or exploring cognitive strategies, we aim to make the process engaging and enjoyable. Our goal is to help you gain insights and develop practical skills while having a bit of fun along the way. Let’s embark on this journey to wellness together—where laughter is welcome, and every conversation is an opportunity for growth.
