Great to meet you!

I aim to provide a brave, empowering, and validating space to process present concerns and to reconnect with oneself, others, and feelings that you may have been told you cannot or should not feel. Our work together may include processing the ongoing stress of a chronic medical condition, coping with anxiety, recovering from past and/or current trauma, or learning to cope with the loss of a loved one.

My approach to therapy

I offer individual online therapy for adult (18+) women, transgender individuals, and non-binary individuals coping with chronic illness/medical diagnoses, trauma recovery, grief and loss, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and disordered eating concerns. I also offer couples online therapy for those facing relationship concerns at any stage.

We will talk about your past, your present, your relationships, and often how relational patterns might show up within therapy sessions between you and I. We talk a LOT about identifying and understanding feelings and what it's like to experience complex and confusing emotions. We will talk about systems that might have torn you down or made you feel less than. I aim to give you the space to put words to complicated experiences to feel validated, empowered, and most of all... heard.

What you can expect from me

You can expect open and fluid therapy sessions that will challenge you to reflect and feel. We will likely process the chaos of our world and how to cope with the things that feel un-cope-with-able. Please expect smashing the patriarchy, deconstructing white supremacy, and saying hello to my cats during sessions.
