Great to meet you!

Pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood can feel overwhelming, even when everything looks fine on the outside. You might feel anxious, drained, disconnected, or not like yourself.

I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting mothers, fathers, and partners through postpartum depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the emotional shifts that come with becoming a parent.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new baby or navigating anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, you don’t have to figure it out alone. This is a space to feel supported, grounded, and more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, warm, and collaborative. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what feels heavy or overwhelming, and build tools that actually help you feel more regulated and in control of your life. I integrate evidence based and trauma informed approaches, including EMDR, and work at a pace that feels safe and supportive. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and supported in making meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm, supportive space to talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals, history, and current challenges, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying next steps and discuss how therapy can support you moving forward.
