Great to meet you!

I am a Mercer University graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I entered this field to support holistic healing. With 9 years of experience, I help people facing substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is compassionate and client centered, focused on creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to help you reconnect.

My approach to therapy

I believe real change begins when you understand your own energy and stop searching outside yourself for what can only come from within. In our work together, we will gently untangle the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck and build the clarity and resilience you need to move forward. Whether we focus on anxiety, trauma, mood, or substance use, our sessions will be collaborative, honest, and grounded in what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will feel like a conversation, not an evaluation. We will spend time getting to know each other, explore what brought you here, and begin to map out what healing could look and feel like for you. I want you to leave that first session feeling truly heard and a little clearer about the path ahead. If you are ready to turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and take the next step in your healing, I would be honored to work with you.
