Great to meet you!

I have had the privilege of travelling all over the world, which has helped me become open-minded towards people who have different experiences. I pursued my education in addiction studies because I know what it's like to not be able to do something on sheer willpower alone. Many people have described me as straightforward or blunt. I don't beat around the bush. I believe that people seek therapy because they want something to change and I don't want to waste anyone's time.

My approach to therapy

I believe that life can be hard, but if we can find the positive, even if it's small, we can build on that to help get people where they want to be. I am not someone who will tell you what you want to hear, but I am a good listener who will challenge you to become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I typically will assign something for you to work on throughout the week. Whatever we cover in session is only going to work if we are able to apply it to what is actually going on in the real world. I do not offer video sessions, but I have been told that I am a great communicator on the phone.
