Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist is a big decision, and it helps to know a little about the person you’ll be working with. With more than 18 years in behavioral health, I’ve supported people from all walks of life through mental health challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. Whatever brought you here, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move forward with more confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, compassionate, and solution focused. I believe there’s no one size fits all path to healing, so together we’ll build a personalized plan shaped around your strengths, values, and goals. I truly believe every person has the capacity to grow, and my role is to help you build the skills and confidence to navigate this complex quest we call life. We’ll face challenges, celebrate progress, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other and start building trust. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and whatever feels hard right now. My approach is warm, supportive, and honest, and I’ll always work collaboratively with you on practical strategies that actually help. My hope is that you leave each session with greater clarity, direction, and hope. Clients describe me as warm, direct, and genuinely encouraging. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
