Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, with an emphasis on creating a genuine connection and helping you feel heard and understood. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible and person-centered, with a focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change. I especially enjoy supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I aim to create a warm, comfortable, and judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore your needs, discuss what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you.
