Great to meet you!

Maybe you're self-aware, high-achieving, and used to handling things on your own, but lately you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with 4 years of experience, and I work primarily with young adults and women facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, stress, and life transitions. Clients often seek therapy while navigating college, careers, relationships, new responsibilities, changes in identity or direction, or when old coping strategies no longer feel effective.

My approach to therapy

Therapy doesn't have to feel uncomfortable or awkward. It can be a natural, supportive process where you can be honest and feel understood. Our work is collaborative, creating space to better understand your experiences, process difficult emotions, and build practical coping and emotional-regulation skills. That could mean using CBT to notice the thought patterns that fuel anxiety and burnout, or ACT to make room for hard emotions while you move toward what matters to you. My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic framework that incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, and a whole-person perspective. I take the time to understand your strengths and goals so that our sessions feel personal and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss what you've been experiencing, what you hope to work on, and what you would like to get out of therapy. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. We can work together to identify where to start. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and comfortable with the direction of our work together. When you feel ready, reach out, and we can book a time to meet.
