Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alexandria a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of professional experience helping adults and seniors navigate life’s challenges.

I believe that healing begins when you decide to bet on yourself and to trust your own strength, courage, and capacity for change. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported as you work through life’s transitions and rediscover your sense of peace and purpose

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals and families overcome challenges related to substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, marriage, and family dynamics. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in empowerment. I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you, your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. This time is designed to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.

Since all sessions are virtual, you can join from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Before we meet, you’ll receive a secure video link and any necessary intake forms to complete online.

During your first session, we’ll:

  • Discuss what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to focus on.
  • Explore your background including any important experiences, relationships, or challenges that shape who you are today.
  • Set goals together so therapy feels meaningful and aligned with your needs.
  • Review confidentiality and expectations, ensuring you understand your rights and feel safe sharing openly.

You don’t need to prepare anything specific, just come as you are. My goal is to create a calm, judgment-free space where you can begin to unpack what’s been weighing on you and start identifying the changes you want to see.
