Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I have worked in private practice for the past 4 years with various demographics. My degrees are in Sociology, Psychology, and Mental Health Counseling! I see people who are dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and many other areas through an integrative approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

There is no “one size fits all” which allows me to draw from techniques from orientations such as CBT, REBT, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapy to best assist my clients. If you desire to integrate faith, I also provide Christian counseling services. I incorporate worksheets, humor, "homework", videos, and various other tools to enhance our experience.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients to manage and process traumatic experiences, adjust their communication, learn and implement boundaries, and so much more! Oftentimes, the areas of change are directly linked to unresolved experiences from our past, we will identify, discuss, set a plan, and follow through the journey to establish a resolution.
