Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a place where you never have to face life's hardest moments alone, and that belief is the heart of how I work. I support kids ages 7 and up, teens, and adults, along with couples and families, and many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, or relationship struggles. Whatever brought you here, we can explore it together, build on the strengths you already have, and find real, meaningful ways to move forward. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more understood, a little more equipped, and a lot less alone.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, steady, and down to earth. I want our work to feel like a true partnership, so we will go at your pace in a safe space where you can be vulnerable, express what you feel openly, and truly be heard and seen. I will walk alongside you the whole way, helping you build resilience, self awareness, and tools you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

Clients describe me as warm, patient, and easy to open up to. Life can throw a lot at us, but reaching out is a strong first step and you do not have to take it alone. Reach out anytime for a free 15 minute consultation and we will see if we are a good fit.
