Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Alexándria, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both Ohio and California, and the founder of Eudaimonia Reborn. The name comes from the Greek concept of human flourishing, and that's exactly what I help people build. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Miami University in Ohio, my Master's in Professional Counseling and Marriage/Family Therapy from the University of Akron, and completed a post-graduate fellowship in advanced couples therapy. I work with individuals and couples, and I bring specialized training in multicultural and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy to every session. Outside of work, I'm a wife and boy mom who loves music, gaming, anime, travel, and a really good meal. I believe you deserve a therapist who is fully human, fully present, and genuinely invested in your growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, which means you set the pace and I meet you where you are. I'm warm but direct. I'll ask the questions that make you pause, and I'll reflect things back with care, not judgment. My training is in relational and systemic therapy, so I pay close attention to patterns in your relationships, your family roles, and the dynamics you keep finding yourself in. I also bring a culturally responsive lens to everything I do because your identity and lived experience are central to how healing works for you. Sessions with me feel like real conversation: grounded, honest, sometimes funny, always purposeful.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are about connection, not perfection. You don't need to have your thoughts organized or know exactly what to say. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll cover the basics like confidentiality and how sessions work, but I keep the paperwork energy to a minimum. By the end, you should feel heard, a little lighter, and clear on whether this feels like a space you want to come back to. There's no pressure to commit. If I'm your person, you'll know.
