Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience in community mental health counseling, having worked across every level of care from inpatient to outpatient settings. I’ve supported diverse populations and use my strong clinical foundation to offer therapy that is practical, grounded, and focused on meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

Congratulations on taking a major step towards your evolution! I would be honored to support you in your journey. I guide my clients through various concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, career-related concerns and substance use issues using practical tools and a variety of treatment modalities. Sometimes we survive a session without Kleenex, sometimes not.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is used as a purposeful “vibe check.” Ideally, you’ll feel deeply seen, genuinely heard and challenged in a supportive way. My goal is to help you move forward with intention instead of staying stuck in familiar cycles.

We’ll clarify what brought you to therapy, what patterns you are ready to release and explore the version of yourself you desire to become.

If you’re ready to choose intention over autopilot, this space will feel like alignment. And if you’re truly ready to do the work, your first session won’t just feel like therapy, it’ll feel like the moment something in you starts to ignite.
