Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m Alex and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I have my Masters in Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University and I’m a current PhD candidate in Marriage and family therapy at Texas Wesleyan university. My therapeutic approach is integrative and incorporates Solution focused therapy, Narrative therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and person centered approaches.

My approach to therapy

I offer a holistic approach to treatment, taking into account your personality and life circumstances to create specialized goals in which reflect your own autonomy in creating unique outcomes.

I offer a safe, open and non-judgmental environment, in order to help you become the best version of yourself. Together we will explore directions and possibilities to overcome complex circumstances and to create change!

What you can expect from me

I am honored to assist you on your journey. I am accepting new clients, both in person and via telehealth, with weekday nights and weekend morning appointments available. If you would like to connect and explore whether we would be a good fit together, please email me to request an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
