Great to meet you!

I work from the lens of wellness for the whole person, incorporating mindfulness, and physical (including nutritional), mental, and emotional well-being, through the context of relationship. I believe growth and healing come from power held in the individual I am working with, and I aim to empower each person to access this from within themselves.

I work with individuals with a wide range of needs including:

-motherhood, postpartum, pregnancy + birth

-Women's issues

-nutrition and somatic support for mental health

-relationships

-parenting support

-emotional growth

-communication

-boundary setting

-family of origin wounds

-sexual, physical, collective, + generational trauma/abuse

-depression

-anxiety

-life stressors

-disordered eating, body image, self worth issues

-self harm

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide safe space for you to feel seen and heard, to empower you on your journey towards healing. I use a holistic counseling approach, this might include mindfulness, discussing physical symptoms and making daily life adjustments, processing trauma, practicing effective communication, etc. I work with each individual based on their specific needs. Some sessions may look very practical and task-oriented, others may be more emotion-focused or talking through things in depth.
