Great to meet you!

Welcome to my Headway page. I have been a mental health therapist for 9 years and I am very passionate about what I do. I achieved my Master's degree from Palo Alto University and I am licensed in both CA and OR.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, using a blend of therapeutic techniques to achieve desired outcomes. My approach is both straightforward and compassionate. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities, with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method, and Motivational Interviewing—evidence-based treatments that are effective for various issues. I am also highly experienced in addiction treatment.

What you can expect from our first session

I have a compassionate, humorous, and straightforward approach. I believe that rapport is the most important step to effective therapy.
