Great to meet you!

It's so nice to meet you. I'm Alexandria and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey to being the most full and authentic version of yourself.

I am originally from Louisiana and have been in Houston since 2017. I received my Bachelor's degree from Tulane University and my Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston. I use an eclectic approach to counseling, integrating techniques from CBT, AEDP, ACT, and DBT.

My approach to therapy

I primarily work with adults and couples to address anxiety, ADHD, pregnancy related depression/anxiety, and relationship issues.

I specialize in working clients with marginalized/oppressed identities including: LGBTQ+ identity, non-monogamy/polyamory, kink, and non-traditional spiritual practices.

I am compassionate, non-judgmental, and believe that the most effective therapy is collaborative between client and clinician. We will always focus on your goals for yourself, I am just the guide.

What you can expect from me

I firmly believe that everyone should have the tools they need to live a fulfilling life and find freedom, no matter what that looks like to them. I recognize that our mental health is influenced by racism, sexism, homo/transphobia, and classism and that in the wrong hands, therapy can be as well.

I'm going to challenge you and offer different perspectives, but it is in service of helping you uncover the parts of yourself you've hidden because of fear or shame and step into your truth.
