Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I have over 15 years of experience supporting children, families, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. My approach is holistic and integrative—supporting the mind, body, and spirit by incorporating mental health care, nutrition, movement, and attention to the home environment to promote lasting wellness. I use a solution-focused approach to help clients build on their strengths and create practical, meaningful change, and my certification in Thai massage allows me to bring a unique mind-body perspective to care. I intentionally keep a small caseload so each client receives personalized, thoughtful support.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused way. My goal is to create a space where people feel comfortable exploring challenges while also identifying practical steps toward change. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening existing strengths, and developing tools that can be applied in everyday life. I take an integrative and holistic approach that recognizes the connection between mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space to explore what brings you to therapy and the challenges you’re facing. We’ll look at how your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being are connected and begin creating goals for a personalized, intentional wellness plan. My approach is solution-focused and structured, using a time-limited, goal-oriented framework to ensure that our work is purposeful and that progress is measurable. Together, we identify practical steps and strategies to support meaningful, lasting change, while keeping sessions collaborative and tailored to your unique needs.
