Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Alexis, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey, and I specialize in helping individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or searching for a sense of clarity and direction in their lives. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling emotionally drained, or simply wanting to improve your connection with yourself and others, I’m here to support you in taking the next step.

I earned my Master’s in Education and Counseling from Monmouth University and have spent my career working with diverse populations in both clinical and higher education settings. I have a strong background in supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, as well as those struggling with identity, belonging, stress, anxiety, depression, or social and relational challenges. I approach each client with the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all—each person brings their own story, their own pain, and their own unique potential for healing and growth.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.

Please note: We are a group private practice, and if my availability does not align with your schedule, we have several other experienced therapists on our team who may be a better fit.
