Great to meet you!

I am an experienced clinician who has worked with diverse populations across the lifespan. My work focuses on lifestyle maintenance, relationships, life transitions, couples, women’s issues, and family dynamics. Whether I’m supporting an individual or a couple, my goal is to help clients find their voice, strengthen their relationships, and build a life that feels grounded and intentional. I offer a collaborative, insight‐oriented space where clients can explore patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client‐centered, warm, and down‐to‐earth. I work hard to make it feel comfortable to talk about life’s struggles. I meet clients where they are, and while I can be direct, it’s always thoughtful, honest, supportive, and informed by what I’m noticing in session.

I’m also very transparent in my process. I like to bring clients into my clinical thinking so you understand why we’re focusing on certain themes or interventions and how they support your goals. My aim is to create a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and clear, where you feel both supported and empowered throughout our work together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a comfortable balance of conversation and structure. I’ll start by getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. From there, we’ll explore some important background information, things like family history, education, social experiences, and any past trauma you feel comfortable sharing.

I’m very transparent in my approach and like to provide clear structure so you always know what to expect. Our initial session is also a chance for us to get a feel for one another and see whether we’re a good fit for ongoing work together.
