I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, an APA-accredited program, and have experience across clinical, community, and forensic settings.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space while supporting clients in making practical, meaningful changes.
