I am a licensed clinical social worker helping clients navigate anxiety, grief and bereavement, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and stress and burnout. This comes from several years of experience supporting clients in hospitals, clinics, private practices, and community settings. I am passionate about helping clients grow to improve overall wellbeing and quality of life.
