Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress.

I specialize in helping people who feel stuck at a crossroads—whether due to career changes, relationship shifts, or unexpected challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy looking for clarity, better coping skills, and a way to move forward with confidence.

My approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches. We focus on understanding patterns, building insight, and developing practical tools that create real change.

I primarily work with adults, with a focus on those navigating major life transitions and redefining what’s next.

Therapy doesn’t have to last forever. It’s a space to gain clarity, make intentional changes, and move forward at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress- particularly when something in life no longer feels sustainable.

In our sessions, we identify the patterns and beliefs influencing your thoughts, emotions, and decisions. I use direct, thoughtful questions to build insight while also helping you develop practical strategies you can apply in your daily life.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based techniques. Together, we clarify what’s getting in your way and create a clear path forward.

I take an active role in the process—offering feedback, challenging unhelpful patterns, and helping you stay focused on your goals. The goal is not just insight, but real change you can carry outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we focus on getting clear quickly.

We’ll talk through what brought you to therapy, what’s currently not working, and what you want to be different. I’ll ask direct, focused questions to understand patterns, challenges, and goals.

By the end of the session, you can expect more clarity about your situation and a clearer sense of direction, not just more information.

I take an active role from the start. You’ll get feedback, reflections, and initial strategies to begin thinking differently about what you’re facing.

The environment is supportive but purposeful. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to start.

We’ll also use the first session to determine whether this feels like the right fit for you.
