Great to meet you!

I believe that every person and family has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized, and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2017 and have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings. My primary areas of focus include anxiety and depression, emotional regulation and coping skills, life transitions and adjustment, relationship and family concerns, and trauma and grief.

I work collaboratively with clients to meet them where they are, build upon their strengths, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and feel more confident managing life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My goal is always to help my clients find the best ways to better manage the challenges they are experiencing in their lives. My approach is to work together to explore your challenges, interpersonal relationships, lifestyle, emotions, and experiences in order to better understand what may be contributing to the issues you are struggling with.

Together, we can identify the root of these concerns and work toward finding solutions that can help improve your overall well-being, life, and relationships. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I want my clients to feel comfortable, supported, and involved throughout that process.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be a difficult and sometimes uncomfortable process, especially when you are sharing personal thoughts, challenges, and hardships. During our first session, my goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing what you feel ready to share.

We will take the time to get to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and begin to explore the challenges you are experiencing and what you hope to work on. Building trust and respect is an important part of the therapeutic process, and we will work together to create a plan that feels right for you.

You don't have to navigate your challenges alone. Let's tackle them together and work toward a place where you can begin to heal, grow, and feel your best!
