Great to meet you!

I commit to supporting your growth whilst challenging your outdated defense mechanisms. Old patterns got you this far, and my Gestalt training allows me to see your obstacles as creative adjustments. I will empower you to choose, consciously, what works and what works no longer.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize somatic based, Gestalt, and family systems interventions. I am also relational, which means our dynamic is an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with others.

What you can expect from our first session

I start each therapeutic relationship by conducting a full intake, so we will have a roadmap to understand how you got to be who you currently are. Then we construct a treatment plan to identify goals you'd like to achieve. Then we review at the six month mark and re-evaluate/update each plan!
