Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lexi. I specialize in helping people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in painful relationship patterns—especially those navigating borderline personality traits, mood disorders, trauma, and attachment wounds.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling intense emotions, fear of abandonment, shame, or difficulty trusting themselves or others. You may have been told you’re “too much,” felt invalidated by past providers, or struggled to feel safe in relationships. My role is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported without judgment.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (USC) and am trained in DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and attachment-based approaches. My work is trauma-informed and tailored to your unique nervous system, history, and goals.

I have experience working in intensive outpatient programs, crisis intervention, and community-based settings, supporting individuals with complex trauma, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, postpartum adjustment, relational trauma, and emotion regulation challenges. I also have extensive experience working with clients impacted by stigma, probation involvement, domestic violence, and exploitation.

Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded in understanding yourself more deeply and building a life that feels more stable, connected, and empowering. You don’t have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, gentle, and supportive. I approach each client with empathy and tailor our work to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and tools to help you heal.

I use an integrated, trauma-informed approach grounded in attachment theory, drawing from CBT, EMDR, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, childhood and relationship wounds, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking greater self-awareness, I offer a safe and affirming space to explore your experiences, develop practical coping skills, and reconnect with a stronger sense of agency and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is just a conversation—a chance to get to know each other at your own pace. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself. You’ll never be pushed to share more than you’re ready for.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change, while exploring the experiences that have shaped you. By the end, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and clear on the first steps we’ll take together.
