Great to meet you!

Hi there! As a licensed clinical social worker with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field, I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens in relationships that feel safe, honest, and collaborative - no "blank slate" therapy here! Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them — even when they appear “high-functioning” on the outside.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, healing from emotionally immature relationships from parents, relationship challenges, and the impact of work/school stress or trauma. My approach is relational and culturally responsive, and I prioritize helping clients understand themselves with more compassion rather than self-criticism.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and self-trust. Therapy with me isn't about "fixing you" - it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths and feel more grounded in who you are.
