Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a mental health therapist with 4 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients, and I bring a warm, grounded presence to the work. I’m Level 1 trained in the Gottman Method for couples and am continuing training in Somatic Experiencing so I can better support both emotional and body-based responses to stress and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and tailored to you. I draw from somatic experiencing, person-centered therapy, inner child work, emotion-focused therapy, and more. I come into each session with curiosity and no judgment, and I invite you to do the same as we explore what’s really going on beneath the surface and what you’d like life to look like instead.

What you can expect from me

My goal in every session is for you to leave feeling safe, supported, and seen. Our first session will be guided by curiosity and collaboration—we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what “feeling better” means to you. As a person-centered therapist, I want what you want, and we’ll work together to define and move toward that in a way that feels manageable and authentic.
