Great to meet you!

Originally from North Carolina, I obtained both my B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University located in North Carolina. Go Pirates!

My approach to therapy

I know how difficult it can be for you to find a safe space where you feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable about what you are going through. I provide a judgement free space where every client feels welcomed, accepted, and understood as we work together to overcome any obstacles life has thrown your way! I strive to be more than a supportive, listening ear. My goal is to offer meaningful insight and practical tools that empower you to flourish beyond the therapy room.

I have experience working with a variety of populations including those struggling with anxiety, depression, postpartum/motherhood, trauma, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, relationship issues, mens and veteran related issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

What you can expect from me

You can contact me to schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs for therapy before scheduling your intake appointment!

I accept most commercial insurances and offer self-pay options.
