Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lexi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New College of Florida. I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over seven years of experience in a range of social work settings. I specialize in working with survivors of relationship trauma, people navigating life transitions, anxious hearts, and those who've spent so long caring for others that they've lost touch with themselves. If you're the one everyone leans on, I'm here for you.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative approach that meets you exactly where you are. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic techniques, attachment theory, and mindfulness, I blend cognitive and body-based tools to help ease anxiety, quiet self-doubt, and strengthen your sense of self. There's no one-size-fits-all here; we'll work together to find what actually resonates for you.

What you can expect from me

We'll talk about what brought you in, what's feeling heavy, and what you're hoping for. I'll share a little about how I work, and together we'll start mapping out what support could look like for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling less alone and a little more hopeful than when you walked in.
