Great to meet you!

I am a Family Psychotherapist and Atlanta native who uses a holistic approach to therapy who works with women, children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on supporting BIPOC communities, marginalized groups, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Alexis also has experience working with aggressive adolescents, gender-related concerns, and children navigating grief.

With a professional background in Montessori education and nonprofit management, I bring a creative and multifaceted perspective to her work. I am also a strong advocate for radical self-acceptance and enjoy encouraging others to discover their own sense of freedom and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping families reconnect and strengthen their relationships through a Systemic and Attachment-Based Family Therapy lens while incorporating Experiential Play Therapy techniques and other evidence-based approaches.

I integrate clinical intervention, psychoeducation, compassion, honesty, and humor to support clients as an advocate and facilitator of meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session looks like us just connecting and me learning about your worldview and life experiences. I often offer encouragement and support where I can, and look forward to dialogue all about you.
