Great to meet you!

Greetings.

Taking first steps towards therapy is a brave decision and I'm glad you're here. In my practice I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you navigate life's challenges.

I'm a LCSW and I received my master's degree at Our Lady of the Lakes University in San Antonio, TX.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and Christian counseling, however there are other areas of specialties I engage with individuals.

My approach to therapy

Individuals often describe my therapeutic style as warm, collaborative, and grounded.

My practice focuses on supporting individuals dealing with generalized anxiety disorder, depression, and life challenges.

My practice deals with the "whole person" approach which supports your mental health environment, relationships, and personal history.

What you can expect from me

The first session is structured as an initial 60-minute-session to prioritize your comfort and understanding of the therapeutic process.

I'm deeply committed to cultivating a therapeutic space that feels collaborative and empowering.

We will also set collaborative measurable goals based on your exact needs.
