Great to meet you!
Originally from California, I now happily call Austin, Texas home. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of the Incarnate Word, my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with a concentration in Neurofeedback Therapy.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients ranging from 4 to 90 years old in nonprofit organizations, private practice, and correctional facilities. These diverse experiences have strengthened my ability to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs.
I believe that therapy is built on a foundation of trust, authenticity, and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, supported, and empowered. I value the relationships I build with my clients and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
